Martin, your service tech. arrived on time and could see right away what my problem was. He replaced the spring with two heavy duty ones as well as new rollers. We have enjoyed our Precision Garage Door for over 9 years. On a recent Sunday evening when closing the door, I heard a loud "screech" and the door was out of alignment and would not close. It looked like one of the rollers came out of the track. I called Precision at 10:05pm to leave a message and Ashley answered! I was amazed that someone "live" would answer late on a Sunday evening. Ashley said Precision was open and available 24-hrs a day! Wow! Ashley set-up an appointmnet for the following day. As scheduled, technician Martin arrived and after hearing my story of what happened and reviewing the current garage door equipment, began to service and repair the equipment. Martin showed me that the springs were old and could still be used but suggested new springs for just a few dollars more. He also changed the exsiting older rollers on the door to new rollers that were better suited for the door. Martin's attitude and professionalism were outstanding. I couldn't believe how quickly and efficiently he worked. When finished, Martin had me try opening and closing the door a few times. I could not believe how quiet the door was now and how well everything worked! I would definitely recommend Precision Garage Door Service to family and friends!

Mike arrived on time and quickly assessed the problems the garage doors were having. He recommended changing the sensors that were outdated and installing new springs since the door was out of balance. He fixed everything and our garage doors are like new again. Thank you!

Mike replace our garage door opener and springs. He did an outstanding and very thorough job. He went out of his way to make sure that the job was done right since there were problems with how the garage door was attached to the house from before. He explained all that he needed to do and how to use the new garage door opener. He even programmed my car to open the garage. The only complaint that I have was that he had a borrowed truck which wasn't fully stocked (didn't have springs). This caused a delay in starting my service of 45 minutes. I was told that the technician would have a fully stocked truck. I shouldn't have had to pay the $50 service fee.

Our garage door spring broke on a very hot Sunday afternoon with both cars in the garage and an inability to manually open the door. A phone call to the 24 hour number resulted in a service call within an hour or so. Lou, the technician, was extremely friendly, professional, and competent. A decision was made to replace not only the spring, but our older cables and rollers. We were extremely pleased with the quality of service received.

Called in at about 10:30 pm on a Saturday expecting to get an answer machine or at very best get an answering service. Needless to say my expectations were blown away! Precision is available 24 hours a day and a tech was able to show up within 45 minutes and got our door down and secure. We were going to shop around and get multiple quotes for anew door but felt confident Precision was the way to go. They returned to instsll a new door a few days later and we have since recommended them to three neighbors. Good to see Precision back in the neighborhood!!
