We called and your office was able to send Will-Technician out the same day. From the person who scheduled the appointment to Will who came out and troubleshooted the issue and also provided us the yearly maintenance service as recommended was not only very professional but really looked at everything and provided us with education on our garage unit. Precision Door Simi Valley done a great job. When I scheduled the service, I was given 8am-noon window. On the day of the service, I got a call from Russ at 7:45am, saying he is on his way. At 8am he started working. Russ explained to me all about the situation and what repairs are needed and why. He has done a very nice job in a professional and friendly way. If/when I need to fix a garage door or opener - I am calling Precision Door, asking for Russ!

Your service was excellent, the technician even called at about 8:30 saying that he had 3 calls before mine and that he could not get to mine till later which was very considerate and enabled me to do a few errands before he came. The repair was very miner, of course I didn't know this at the time and I was very surprised when he said there was no charge. I would give you a 5 star and definitely recommend your company to anyone who has a garage door problem. i am a return customer and would never go anywhere else. Thank you.

I am impressed with their prompt response to my phone call last night and I was called early this morning to tell me when to expect them. They fixed my door, added a cable and battery backup plus oiled it so it doesn’t make noise. Highly recommend this company!

Technician was fantastic and finished work in timely manner. Felt bad for him because it was sooo hot today. Very knowledgeable and informative. Only one thing he installed new rollers on my garage door and it was so quiet for first couple of times used opener now is squeaking and making noise. Could you have technician come back and oil or something the wheels. Liked also very much that precision was available on such short notice. Overall very satisfied

Victor was my technician, who arrived on time as promised. He called me ahead of time to let me know when he would arrive. He was efficient, knowledgeable, friendly, pointing out details of my garage door that I was not aware of. He offered me options, without being pushy and indicated what might need service in the future. All in all, this was an excellent company to deal with and Victor was great.

Precision is a good company however they are expensive. They replaced the limit switch on my garage door opener and charged me $145 for a small inexpensive part and 10 minutes labor. I like the company and their technician but I think that price is excessive. They have you in a vulnerable position when you garage door doesn't work and take advantage of you. I have no problem with fair pricing but that is not fair.

I have been using Precision Door Services for many years and then are consistently professional, on time, and very knowledgeable. I called yesterday as my door would not close, Mike was at my home within 1/1/2 hours, identified the problem within 5 minutes replaced a part in the motor that had blown for under $100. Mike checked when my last service was performed and I was late... he gave me a deep discount on the service and now my door is quiet lined up perfectly and we could not be happier. We have used Precision Door Service for many years. This company is honest, reliable and the technicians are professional. Today, we had a complete rebuild package service on our door which gets extensive use with 4 drivers coming and going. Mike Bernhardt was our technician. He was wonderful, friendly, and highly competent. He made the necessary repairs and reviewed everything that was done with us. Again, this is not one of those "fly-by-night' companies that promise you the world.

Martin arrived on time and serviced my double garage door which had been sticking and binding-works great now. He didn't try to up-sell me but did mention my single garage door spring was very old and could break in the near future. I had him install a new spring and the entire job was done in about 45 minutes. very efficient and had all the parts for whatever needed to be done. Have also been very happy with the Precision garage door motor that was installed a couple of years ago. Garage door is so quiet now I can't sneak in late at night!

What a wonderful company! I found Precision online and was very impressed with their reviews. Mike arrived on time and diagnosed the problem in a minute. The torsion spring was broken and replaced. Mike suggested we replace the lift bearing plates and the nylon rollers. Our garage door has NEVER been quieter. Mike installed a new bottom seal and screwed the seal into the door. The new seal now covers the door bottom COMPLETELY and will not shrink and leave a gap on both sides like the old one did. Mike was professional, knowledgeable, and courteous. I HIGHLY recommend Mike and Precision Garage Door. They have a customer for life!
