Good service is really hard to find these days. Today, Victor and Neil came to my house to repair my garage door. They both were very friendly and very knowledgeable. Victor was our technician and he provided outstanding service. Our tenant had moved out of our rental unit and left the garage door broken. We had driven up from San Diego to deal with the situation. We called Precision that morning and they not only provided same day service but came a bit early which allowed us to return to San Diego without a long delay. Our garage door is back in service and I would highly recommend Precision Door Service.

Sales rep inspected our current gargage door and was able to give us a large variety of possible solutions to our door problem. With the options given we decided a whole new door and opener was the best way to go. We looked at several bids, Precision Door was not the cheapest however, they were the most thorough and professional. We felt confident that the door would be installed correctly and that they would back their work.

The technician, Tom, was prompt (he called first to let us know when he would be here), polite, expertly diagnosed the problem, and fixed it! He also lubricated our door and didn't try to sell us anything that we didn't need. We are very happy with his service and highly recommend this company. My husband and I were very satisfied with the service we received from Precision. From the start when I spoke to Jasmin who was great in setting up the appointment, explaining everything and keeping us informed of when the installation would take place. Jaysen was wonderful when he came and give us the estimate, very thorough and answered all our questions. Sergio and Dave were the installers and did such a great job removing our very old garage door and installing the new one. They were so efficient and answered all our questions. I would highly recommend Precision for all your garage needs.

I had a good experience with Precision and Russ who came for the service call. I appreciated the extra Customer Service items, phone calls to dial in the appointment time, and email alerting me who the staff looks like. What a great idea. The new garage door opener and set of springs hums along, quietly. It used to sound as if a rocket was launching out of the garage. Cheers!

I called for a repair late on Wednesday night, got an appointment b/t 2-6pm the next day. Russ showed up at 2pm. He was very professional & friendly and explained every thing he was was doing for diagnostics and repair. He replaced (3) broken hinges, removed/reattached the sensors, and reprogrammed a new remote control unit. I am currently remodeling my house and going to replace the garage door (installed in 1991) and use the direct drive wall unit. Russ pointed out ways to remodel the garage to make the the new door and the direct drive unit easier to install. Next year I'll be getting a new garage door.....I know who I'll be calling for that - Russ and Precision Garage Door.... 5 star rating all the way.....
