He explained why my garage door wasn’t working, how he planned to repair it, and provided a very fair estimate. I went ahead with the repair and now my garage door works perfectly! The spring on our garage door broke. Garrett did an excellent job replacing the springs. The whole job took about 45 minutes. My only complaint was the cost to replace the springs was $658. My fault for not getting competitive bids.

Problem solved. However, one roller on the left bottom side was overlooked and still is very tight causing noise when opening. I would like to have the technician come to correct this.
