Saw ad on TV last night, right after our garage door stopped working. Loud metal grinding sound. Called Precision who sent out a technician right away, who called, as promised, to alert me to arrival time. Diagnosed problem immediately. Had part. Replaced it. Tuned up my opener. Very personable. Overall, a pleasant experience -- as unscheduled repairs go. Highly recommended.

I would like to commend your technician Tom Broz for his Professionalism, Friendliness & knowledge. Also the great job he did in installing the garage door. He made sure before he left that we where completely satisfied with the installation of the garage door. One other thing that impressed us was how he made sure everything was cleaned up before he left.
