I highly recommend Precision Garage Doors. My next door neighbor was have his garage doors replaced and I asked the Tec. Dan to look at my remote when he had the time. He came to my home and immediately diagnosed that we had a fraying garage door cable which could have been a very serious problem if not replaced. Dan called his office and they sent Tomas in 90 minutes, Tomas replaced both cables and fixed the remote in about 40 minutes and for a reasonable cost too. These guys are the BEST!!! Howard Bergman

Precision Garage Doors (Simi Valley Garage Doors) did an exceptional job repairing one of my garage doors. Their response time was quick and they were extremely professional. They also programmed some new remotes for me as well as programmed the remote feature in three of our vehicles. Victor, the service technician was extremely knowledgeable helpful and solved our problem is with ease. Pleasure doing business with them. Definitely recommend them.

Excellent service .... arrived on time, determined issue immediately, and fixed it quicker than I anticipated. Would surely call them again .... in fact, this is the third time I have had them come out to repair my garage door and each time my experience has been excellent. Very professional and very nice people from the operator to the person who came out to my home.

This company was called to help clean up the mess that another company did. Mike Bernhardt was the technician and he did a great job. He was patient in explaining what had and hadn't been done. He worked in a very professional manner and I would definitely call this company again. Tried to leave a similar message on YELP but could not get on.

I came home and heard a loud noise in my garage when I was closing it. Then the door wouldnt open. I called Precision to come help me. They arrived on time and showed me that my spring had broken. The technician went over pricing with me. I agreed and he had the repair done in less than an hour and I was back in business.

Precision door came out to give me a free quote on repairing my door. They came to my house same day and the quote seemed very reasonable. I was informed over the phone by the office that all the technicians arrive with fully stocked trucks if I decided to have the repair done at that time. I went ahead with the repair and the door works great!

I want to say how much I appreciate the honesty of your company. My garage door would not stay closed and at first the technician thought I might need a new motor. Thank goodness he found that a hanging piece of sheet was causing the door to not stay closed. He could of insisted I needed a new motor but he was honest. I am so grateful, I would not hesitate to use your service again.
