Our torsion spring busted and we couldn’t access our garage until we called Precison garage doors. They answered my call just before 6pm and sent someone out the next day! Amazing turn around time! Victor the technician came on time and was very professional and completed the work in a jiffy. Their pricing was fair and they gave us options with pricing. Couldn’t be happier with their service. Don’t think twice, call these guys if your garage door needs repairs!

Excellent and speedy service. I needed to have broken garage door springs replaced at a rental property on a Sunday morning. I called their office and was given a 4 hour window (8-12) for the tech to arrive. 15 minutes later, the technician, Victor arrived at the unit! Victor assessed the situation, formulated a cost estimate with several options to choose from. The work was done professionally and pricing was very reasonable. I will definitely call Precision Door Repair again if I need any garage door/opener service! Thank you very much!

Your service representative, Victor J, was extremely courteous and friendly, and called me at the beginning of the service window to advise me of the time he would arrive, and arrived on time. He was very fast, efficient and knowledgeable. My only quibble was the price -- but for such prompt service on a Sunday, it was worth it! I also must complement Ashley, your receptionist for the Oxnard area. Victor was our technician and he provided outstanding service. Our tenant had moved out of our rental unit and left the garage door broken. We had driven up from San Diego to deal with the situation. We called Precision that morning and they not only provided same day service but came a bit early which allowed us to return to San Diego without a long delay. The Precision Door service person showed up within a couple of hours of my calling (which was great, as our cars were located inside the garage with a very heavy door that wouldn't open manually), fixed the garage door opener within a half-hour, and was very pleasant to work with.
