I was in need of special help with my garage door. I saw Precision advertised in the past on TV. I called in a made an appointment. I was told my technician would be at my house between 8-12. 0745, I received a call from my tech, Garrett. He stated he would be over in 20 minutes, and he was. He evaluated my situation, pointed out the problems, and made his recommendations. I felt confidence with his solution and gave him the go ahead. He went to his truck, came back with all the parts he needed, started to tare down my old system and began to assemble the new one. Garrett worked very hard completing the job, programming, and testing the operation. It was a great job done by him. He said he would be done by 10 AM, he was done by 9:50. He loaded his truck, advised my invoice will be e-mailed to me, shook my hand and smiled when he left.

Installer came out and took care of the issue with no problems. He was customer friendly and walked us through the issue and how it was being resolved. We appreciated him calling ahead to let us know eta. MANY other companies we have called on for various services have been NO SHOWS...very disappointing. We have been using Precision Overhead Garage Door services for years and can vouch that they have been extremely RELIABLE! We hope they maintain this important feature of their service....especially to those of us who live in Santa Paula.

Great service! When the technician was delayed in meeting my appoitment I was notified over an an hour before he was scheduled. When the technician arrived he offered several repair options. He then proceded to replace my broken door spring and lube the entire opening system in an hour. Manually opening the door before was a weight lifitng contect. Now, it opens with two finger. Thanks again.

The gental man who came out was very nice cleaned up after him self. The only reason I did not give five stars is because the girl on the phone told me the price of the part included the labor and they waved the service fee so it was a shock to pay $XX.00 more than quoted. The guy was very helpful and was very knowledgable of his job I would recommend him
