Only complaint is 4 hour windows with no idea as to when they'll be here. I would think that with your experience, you could give better estimates either the night before or morning. Also, service performed does not include tune up and lube as a choice which this visit was. Thanks.

He explained everything gave me options. Finish the work very quickly and even demonstrated how nice the doors sounded when it moved up and down. Experienced a problem with one of my garage doors. It would open in the mornings but would fail to open in the heat of day. I called Precision Door, made an appointment and Garret shows up. At first, he was stumped. However, not to be deterred, he eventually discovered the phantom issue, corrected it and all is good in the universe. Garret appeared within the time frame established, presented himself in an orderly, confident manner and set upon curing the problem. I would definitely use Precision Door again if the need arises.

Today seemed excessive for the parts and labor. I'm hesitant to try someone else because their service is 5 star, but I may if we have need of further repairs.

Hi wonderful service. Called with a garage door problem and Precision came out immediately.called several times to say on their way. Was an issue with our cars remote which malfunctioned and not something that Precision was able to do. However Garret took lots of time trying to help but it turned out to be a computer issue.
