I called last night and they came today to fix my garage door. Excellent turnaround time. Garrett came out very professional, knowledgeable, courteous, and kind. He explained everything gave me options. Finish the work very quickly and even demonstrated how nice the doors sounded when it moved up and down. I would totally use this company again if I ever had any issues or when it’s time for me to replace my door and encourage you to do the same if you’re having any issues.

Experienced a problem with one of my garage doors. It would open in the mornings but would fail to open in the heat of day. I called Precision Door, made an appointment and Garret shows up. At first, he was stumped. However, not to be deterred, he eventually discovered the phantom issue, corrected it and all is good in the universe. Garret appeared within the time frame established, presented himself in an orderly, confident manner and set upon curing the problem. I would definitely use Precision Door again if the need arises.

Today seemed excessive for the parts and labor. I'm hesitant to try someone else because their service is 5 star, but I may if we have need of further repairs.

Hi wonderful service. Called with a garage door problem and Precision came out immediately.called several times to say on their way. Was an issue with our cars remote which malfunctioned and not something that Precision was able to do. However Garret took lots of time trying to help but it turned out to be a computer issue. The technician, Garret, was timely within the allotted 4 hour period and called me a few time to update his arrival time. He was pleasant and explained what he thought the problem was with our door intermittently yet frequently not closing. This resulted in the purchase of new garage door sensors as well as a thorough "tune-up" service. That option is not listed below in the choices for purchase of a new product. The ultimate star rating, of course, will be determined by how well the suggested fix works but I have to be optimistic that he has solved a persistent and nagging problem that we have had for a significant time.
