Miles called me from his previous stop to inform me how much time he was going to be until he left. He then called again to let me know that he just left there and how much time before he would arrive. When he showed up he was very courteous and informative He apologized when he realized that he would not be able to repair the door on the same day, since that's what his company specializes in. Miles then explained my options to fix the problems that I had. Since my door was at least 35 years old and several issues, it was recommended that we replace it. I received a good deal and I feel like I was treated very fair and there was no pressure at all. I was able to make my own decisions! Thank you precsion.

Miles the technician texted and was able to arrive, he was very knowledgeable about the set in my garage. He gave me a fair quote and proceeded to install the torsion springs. He will come back again to replace the bottom door seal. Very nice young man. His work was quick and clean.

My first contact was your receptionist which was a very good first start! Miles was our technician and a great guy to work with. I had replaced the door wheels and somehow the cable came loose and I couldn't get it all back together. He repaired my attempt to put things right and we decided a new belt drive motor was a good idea. What a difference. The rattling, grinding noise in the garage is gone and is a very quiet operation now. Worth every dollar. Thank you Precision Door

I had a cable come off the guide wheel on my garage door yesterday morning. I called Precision Garage Door around noon, and today Miles came out and repaired it. He explained what needed to be done and completed the work quickly and efficiently and then lubricated all areas and adjusted the garage door opener before he left. Thank you for getting here so quickly and great work, Miles!

We reached out to Precision for a new garage door to replace our 30 year old door. We had connected with a few other companies and they were simply lacking in our high standards we sought and desired. From start to order, both the website and communication has been excellent. Scheduled the appt online with ease - txts followed immediately. Miles, txt us this morning that he was close by and on his way for an on time appt. He was warm, personable, polished and knowledgeable. Precision had everything we needed to view in order to make our decision and, coupled with Miles long association with Precision, he was able to answer all our questions. The situation was an emergency situation when the door suddenly clashed down without any thing being pressed. I was lucky that my trunk was not open or that I was not standing behind it. Miles had never seen this before and suggested new springs and drums. After completion of the procedure, there was a grinding on the motor bar that connects the motor to the door and I was a little concerned. I’m not sure that everything is running smoothly and so he said for me to watch it for a while, but not stand underneath it And that makes me uncomfortable if I am unloading groceries. He is aware and said to call him back and so I am keeping my options open at this point in time I just want this recorded as I signed four times and I’m not even sure what I signed as the iPad was so faint in the sun and the connection wasn’t very good with the Wi-Fi. I picked Precision out of the phone book because my regular garage door company is closed for several days on Thanksgiving and I needed service right away. The lady who took the service call was very knowledgeable when answering my questions and scheduled me for the following day. The technician, Miles, called when he was less than an hour away to confirm his arrival time. Very considerate, as I’d been given a 4 hour window. Since I’d purchased the wrong remote (it didn’t pair with the motor) he had the correct one on his truck. Lucky me. It took him seconds to pair it. Also very knowledgeable and polite, but best of all, efficient! I also like this follow-up. Great service, great professionalism, and I highly recommend them!

Precision Door has serviced my garage in the past. Miles the service tech arrived on time and gave me a courtesy text indicating he was on his way to my home. Attempted to repair my existing garage door opener was made, but 19 years the opener was unabled to be repaired. As I wanted to maintain comparable garage door opener and purchased a Linear belt drive opener. Actually was quieter than my previous Mirantec door opener and very happy with so far. Quick install in about an hour. Would recommend this company again.

The repair person was very informative. We replaced our springs for our garage door with another company that didn't do a good job. He couldn't align the door and there was a gap on the left side. He gave us the wrong information that we have to buy a new garage door for this problem. So we were shopping around until we find Precision Garage door and requested for a free estimate. Surprisingly, the person who came was very knowledgeable and informed us that this problem can be fixed by adjusting the cable and the previous job was not done right. He also mentioned that we don't need a new door and it can be repaired. He saved us a lot of money. He got to the problem and did it quickly and efficiently and there were no more gap and we didn't have to change the door. Thank you so much , I highly recommend you to everyone
