Brandon, our technician, was friendly, courteous and professional. His knowledge of garage doors was far superior to other techs that gave us estimates. He was early, inspected the opener and the door and gave us an estimate. We ended up with a new opener and door tune-up including new springs. It was a bit on the pricey side, but worth it for the confidence we have in the work that was done. He finished the job in under two hours and then explained what he did and how it all worked. He cleaned up everything and even swept out the garage for us! We were very satisfied and would use Precision again.

We had an appointment for a Summer time tuneup special. Brandon our technician showed up in the time frame that he stated, was knowledgeable, professional and friendly. Precision responded right away. Brandon arrived at the designated time, quickly determined what needed to be done (broken spring) and gave us three quotes for what was needed. Basically it was fix it, fix it better and really fix it. Since our doors were 20 years old we chose “really fix it”. Brandon did the work in a very short time. He was very friendly but also very professional. We were very satisfied with the work.
