Very happy with the service. I called late Friday morning and within the next few minutes,Garrett called and came in 30 minutes, like he said he would.He fixed my broken spring.After an hour,my opener was working! Problem solved!

Things were fixed satisfactorily, but estimate for new garage door opener seemed expensive, so I called several other garage door companies. Most estimates were half of what you estimated for the exact same thing. Also a couple of places said that they would’ve charged half of what you charged me to fix the original problem. I’m happy with your service but disappointed with your prices.

Service person did not have the two springs on truck that were similar to the one’s we had. We had to go with a one spring system now. Not what I wanted.

Experienced a problem with one of my garage doors. It would open in the mornings but would fail to open in the heat of day. I called Precision Door, made an appointment and Garret shows up. At first, he was stumped. However, not to be deterred, he eventually discovered the phantom issue, corrected it and all is good in the universe. Garret appeared within the time frame established, presented himself in an orderly, confident manner and set upon curing the problem. I would definitely use Precision Door again if the need arises.

Today seemed excessive for the parts and labor. I'm hesitant to try someone else because their service is 5 star, but I may if we have need of further repairs.

Hi wonderful service. Called with a garage door problem and Precision came out immediately.called several times to say on their way. Was an issue with our cars remote which malfunctioned and not something that Precision was able to do. However Garret took lots of time trying to help but it turned out to be a computer issue.
