I contacted Precision overall due to their high ratings. From the initial call, I found the rep to be professional and able to accommodate my work schedule due to the extended service block of time for their arrival. The service rep, Jacob, was awesome. He was very professional, explaining what he could do every step of the way. He made the entire experience so pleasant. Jacob provided excellent customer service! He was patient answering my questions and showed me the concerns with my garage door. I would ask for him if I needed assistance again. So many companies appear to want a make a buck and run, but Jacob expressed genuine concern and seriousness about his job. Thank you for your help!
