Unprofessional tech - customer service skills need some polishing. There was no mention of a $65.00 mandatory service fee when I booked the appointment. Not until after the tech showed-up I was told about the fee. The tech kept trying to sell me an unneeded complete new garage door. Don't trust these guys.. Use Mesa Garage Door - I called them afterwards. No service fee, professional tech.

I started the day with a broken garage door spring. Not good news. My first call was Precision Garage Door Service. The associate who answered the telephone was friendly and helpful. The first bit of good news was her scheduling me for an appointment the same afternoon. The second bit of good news was having Garrett Marshall as my service technician. He arrived as scheduled, and may possibly be one of the most kind people on the planet. Garrett examined the door and went over the issues including the springs. Prior to his arrival I had already decided I wanted to replace the entire aged opener, and Garrett went over all of those options as well. I very much appreciated that he gave me all of the options with pricing and attributes, and there was no attempt to upsell. The job was completed in a timely manner and the garage was left tidy. A big thanks to Garrett. I highly recommend Precision Garage Door Service.

Garret was on-time, courteous and worked efficiently. The repair estimate was reasonable, and during the course of his work he determined that the lower panels of the door would benefit from a brace which he installed at no charge. I appreciated his conscientiousness. When it comes time to replace the door I will be calling Precision.

Miles did a great job! Fast, efficient and knowledgeable! This is the third time a have chosen Precision Garage Door Service and I will choose them again when needed. 1st time was to replace a broken spring 12 years ago. 2nd was to install a new door opener and 3rd was a broken spring again. As often as we open and close a heavy insulated door, 12 years was not bad. Thanks again!

Dylan was there 15 min after I called the office - even faster than the scheduler said. He explained all the issues and solution options to me clearly and efficiently. I selected the option I felt comfortable with. He mentioned that the repair would take about an hour, but I think he was done within 30 min. Professional, to-the-point, efficient and courteous. My garage door was working again in no time.

We called for service at 4pm. The receptionist was very patient and accommodating in arranging for the technician to arrive sooner rather than later. Mike, the same technician who had repaired the garage door opener and door 2 years prior, arrived within a half hour. Unfortunatley , the opener could not be repaired this time and Mike had to install a new unit. Mike was friendly, courteous and very knowledgeable, just as he had been the first time. We had every confidence that we were in good hands. He is trustworthy, reliable, and skilled in his trade. Our door was working within a few hours. Thank you for making the experience stress free!
