Precision Door Service was great to work with. From the time I discovered a broken spring until it was repaired was only a handful of hours, not days. Precision was recommended by my neighbor, Bill Saake. I called on April 6, and Mike came out and replaced a broken spring on my main garage door. He was courteous and efficient and I was quite pleased with him and the same day service. I called again today because I was having problems getting the door to close. Problem was electrical - with the sensors. Mike was sent again, and replaced the intermittent sensors and, at my request, added a stiffener to the door. I'm very pleased with Mike - and the service - once again. I will highly recommend you to others and will call you again when I need door service.

I think the man's name was Mike that came to my house. He said I would need a new motor for my back garage door. I decided to have him unhook the motor & I would pull up the door myself. He was very nice. I would tell anyone if they needed this service to call you.
