Problem solved. However, one roller on the left bottom side was overlooked and still is very tight causing noise when opening. I would like to have the technician come to correct this. Yes, you met our expectations & then some. When Chris came to advise on what needed to be done, etc we agreed to his recommendation & he proceeded to do the work, then we lost power. Since it obviously wasn’t a temporary outage he arranged to come back the next morning & take care of things. Chris was very knowledgeable about the product & after installed explained everything about the new Liftmaster garage door opener he installed. Highly recommend your company, hence our rating.

After reading reviews and checking the BBB I picked Precision. I'm glad I did. The spring on the garage door broke. I called at 8:15 this morning and Chris was here by 10. Quick and efficient. Chris gave me options with no pressure. I chose the better springs as I know they will last longer. I definitely will use Precision again for any of my garage door needs

Your technician Garret is so awesome! He called and said he would arrive in about 15 - 20 minutes and he was right on time. He explained what my options were for an overhead door opener upgrade, installation time, operating instructions and how much time the job would take. Two hours later, as he predicted, he was done, everything picked up and cleaned up. Garret was very professional, cheerful, and very courteous. He performed a complete check on the overhead door, spring, rollers and rails finding them in good condition. The result of all Garret's work is I have an unbelievably quiet and smooth overhead door mechanism. Precision had replaced my overhead door and spring back in 2013. That experience was so pleasing and successful that's why I count on Precision for all my garage door needs. Love your technicians and I will continue to recommend Precision to family and friends.

My technician was very professional and quoted exact prices with all the parts on the truck. The other two companies I called were quoting a parts price then installation price and disposal price. One guy showed in his personal vehicle with no parts and 5 hours late and quoted $300 over Precision, I was totally satisfied

I was having trouble with my garage door not opening so I decided to call Precision Overhead Garage Door Service. I saw commercial for Precision on ABC 7 and thought I would give them a try.  I am so glad I did.  Was pleasantly surprised to have someone come the same day to look at the issue.  Miles was great. He explained everything about the new system and the warranties. Answered any questions I had.  Very patient person! Very helpful, knowledgeable, thorough, profesional, and courteous!  With all the issues, i decided to replace the old opener and other worn parts.  Miles came back the next day ready to install and service my system.  Wow, my new system is great!  It is so quiet and smooth.  Love the wi-fi capability for closing the door.  Gives me piece of mind!  I highly recommend Precision.

I called on Friday morning to have a technician come out to provide an estimate to replace a bottom seal on my garage door. Miles arrived early that afternoon and did a great job assessing my situation and provided a couple of options. He then followed up a couple of hours later and I decided my best option was to replace the entire door with a new one. Within 10 minutes, Rafael called me and set up an appointment for Monday morning. The two installers arrived precisely on time and completed the job in about 2.5 hours. They did a great job and I'm completely with the work! Excellent service, competetive pricing, and excellent scheduling.

I don't usually write reviews but this time I wanted to say that though I thought the service was very good, I believe from talking to other people that have had the springs replaced, we were grossly over-charged. We were told we needed the most expensive (only two choices) which were $250 each (x 2) and since we needed the springs we agreed and paid for them and the service. However nearly everyone I've spoken to, says that the springs shouldn't have been more that $100 each and I checked with home depot and see that they run from $30 to $70 if bought there. Regardless, its done but it makes me not want to refer your business to others. I am a long standing business man in Ventura and refer other small businesses like yourself to others. Service man arrived on time and evaluated problem. Needed new rubber seal on bottom of 16 ft door. Work performed was good and took about 1/2 hour. Seal cost installed was $12 per foot. This seems very high for a $25 rubber seal. If you assume seal at $25 the 30 minutes of labor was $167. This would be an hourly rate of over $320 an hour.
