Miles called me from his previous stop to inform me how much time he was going to be until he left. He then called again to let me know that he just left there and how much time before he would arrive. When he showed up he was very courteous and informative He apologized when he realized that he would not be able to repair the door on the same day, since that's what his company specializes in. Miles then explained my options to fix the problems that I had. Since my door was at least 35 years old and several issues, it was recommended that we replace it. I received a good deal and I feel like I was treated very fair and there was no pressure at all. I was able to make my own decisions! Thank you precsion.

Miles the technician texted and was able to arrive, he was very knowledgeable about the set in my garage. He gave me a fair quote and proceeded to install the torsion springs. He will come back again to replace the bottom door seal. Very nice young man. His work was quick and clean.

Garrett of Precision Door is the best. I saw him in the truck went up and asked a couple of questions. Super helpful. He Gave me office number. I booked appt for the next day. Highly knowledgeable, professional and skilled. Really cared about solving the issue for me. The service was scheduled quickly, great communication, and superb service to fix the issue. Garret did an excellent job and explained everything he was doing to complete the job. Unfortunately my wife left before the opener for her vehicle could be tested. I had a problem with my garage door, not shutting all the way I called precision a gentleman came out. Explained to me that my door was bent that they cable was fraying and I needed to spend about $5000 for a new door and motor. I contacted another company for a second opinion. For 120.00 they adjusted the brackets and my door is fixed for $120. I am disgusted with precision.

Problem solved. However, one roller on the left bottom side was overlooked and still is very tight causing noise when opening. I would like to have the technician come to correct this. Excellent Service call. The technician Garrett was friendly and professional. I had a new motor installed last year and all of a sudden it started not closing all the way down. Garrett assured me he would figure it out and he did. The sensors needed replacing. Now it works great. I would highly recommend Precision Garage Door service

Yes, you met our expectations & then some. When Chris came to advise on what needed to be done, etc we agreed to his recommendation & he proceeded to do the work, then we lost power. Since it obviously wasn’t a temporary outage he arranged to come back the next morning & take care of things. Chris was very knowledgeable about the product & after installed explained everything about the new Liftmaster garage door opener he installed. Highly recommend your company, hence our rating.

After reading reviews and checking the BBB I picked Precision. I'm glad I did. The spring on the garage door broke. I called at 8:15 this morning and Chris was here by 10. Quick and efficient. Chris gave me options with no pressure. I chose the better springs as I know they will last longer. I definitely will use Precision again for any of my garage door needs
