I had an emergency: a broken spring (single) on the garage door. Called for repair and got Mike out to make the repair within an hour. The repair was done also within an hour. Mike was courteous and very good at what he does. After replacing the singe spring with dual springs, he made some adjustments to make the opener work more efficiently and quieter (got me to replace my old plastic rollers with polyurethane rollers.) For this emergency, I couldn't have been happier to have Precision to do the work.
