Brandon, our technician, was friendly, courteous and professional. His knowledge of garage doors was far superior to other techs that gave us estimates. He was early, inspected the opener and the door and gave us an estimate. We ended up with a new opener and door tune-up including new springs. It was a bit on the pricey side, but worth it for the confidence we have in the work that was done. He finished the job in under two hours and then explained what he did and how it all worked. He cleaned up everything and even swept out the garage for us! We were very satisfied and would use Precision again.

Dylan F. was the technician who fixed our garage door today. The initial problem is one of the two torsion springs had snapped, so the door was now too heavy for the opener to lift. Upon his inspection, Dylan showed me that the other spring was probably not far behind from breaking . So he recommended upgrading to better quality, longer lasting springs. He also installed a new torsion bar to replace our rusted out one, and two new hinges to fixed the cracked ones. It was more than my mental guesstimate to repair, but I'm glad now that he did all the work, as our door is opening/closing much smoother now, and is also much quieter. Plus he arrived on time, and did the whole job in less than an hour. Thanks Dylan !! You and Precision Garage Door are the best!

Brandon Vanwhy called me at the beginning of my service window to let me know aproximately when he would arrive. Very helpful. I have a 21 year old garage door and the motor acts up often and always struggles. Brandon did a thorough inspection and made his recomendations. I did have him replace all the mechanics for the door. It now runs smoothly and quietly! He also sent me an estimate for the replacement of the door (bent in places and putting a strain on the mechanism) and options for a new door... which I will review with my daughter and we will place the order to replace the door.
