Our technician was Miles. Pleasant, courteous, knowledgeable and no pressure. He explained everything prior to installation and went over the new system completely before he left. They have serviced my garage door for years and always did a great job. After someone accidentally backed into the door, it was time for a new door and it was obvious to go with the company who had earned my trust. The two gentlemen who put in my door and opener were impressively meticulous in every detail! They were personable, informative, and went out of their way to be service oriented! I am not a fan of the California law requiring me to replace my perfectly good opener, but the new one is pretty great and so quiet!
