Miles kept me informed as he was dispatched to an emergency service call. When given a 4hr appointment window, this made me feel like my business was important too. My garage opening system was unbalanced. Miles confirmed that the do-it-urself door insulation caused the need for a higher capacity spring to lift the increased weight. Miles gave me clear and professional recommendations for future maintenance or upgrades before he left. Your service representative, Victor J, was extremely courteous and friendly, and called me at the beginning of the service window to advise me of the time he would arrive, and arrived on time. He was very fast, efficient and knowledgeable. My only quibble was the price -- but for such prompt service on a Sunday, it was worth it! I also must complement Ashley, your receptionist for the Oxnard area. She was very friendly and efficient as well, and reassured me that any problems I might be experiencing with my garage door would be quickly resolved. Thank you.

Garret did an excellent job and explained everything he was doing to complete the job. Unfortunately my wife left before the opener for her vehicle could be tested.
