Miles called me from his previous stop to inform me how much time he was going to be until he left. He then called again to let me know that he just left there and how much time before he would arrive. When he showed up he was very courteous and informative He apologized when he realized that he would not be able to repair the door on the same day, since that's what his company specializes in. Miles then explained my options to fix the problems that I had. Since my door was at least 35 years old and several issues, it was recommended that we replace it. I received a good deal and I feel like I was treated very fair and there was no pressure at all. I was able to make my own decisions! Thank you precsion.

Excellent Service call. The technician Garrett was friendly and professional. I had a new motor installed last year and all of a sudden it started not closing all the way down. It was a slow start but then all went well. I made a VEWRY heavy door so it couldn't open with old springs. Very nice gentlemen. The service was springs and then I went ahead and ordered new opener that I said I was purchasing from the start and since mine was very old. The receptionist should have better conveyed my full explanation. I had to pay for a second person that was necessary from the start.
