Today was just a quick repair, but handled with efficiency and skill. Appointment was prompt. Brian was very helpful and kind. New garage door was installed by Martin, and he was wonderful as well. Very impressed with the service and professionalism of Precision. Everyone has been terrific. Thank you!

Scheduling was superb. I made contact on their web site Sunday. Called Monday. The window was between 1pm and 5pm, but I couldn't get home from work till 3:30. Well I got a call from Mike(tech) at 4:05 saying he would be there in 15mins. WOW timing could not have been better. Well Drew looked over the job and explained everything very clearly. I opted for a complete spring, drum, cable and roller job. I felt it was a bit pricey but along with the price comes piece of mind, quality parts and a lifetime warrantee. GOOD JOB!

The technician arrived when they said he would, but it was not the one they said would be here. He was efficient, however, polite, and knew what to do to fix our problem. I did think the cost was a little high, but I don't have anything to measure that by. The main thing is that we got the problem fixed, and on a Sunday.
