Unfortunately, due to the need to list the house quickly I had to move to another option. If this had not been a factor I would have definitely used this company. Great customer service.

I highly recommend this company. They kept me informed the entire time, call me the morning of my appointment and arrived on time. I had scheduled the garage door tuneup, and it was well worth it because my door now runs like brand new. My technician was Kyle Keefauver, he was courteous and a professional. He made suggestions for some future work to keep my garage door operating an optimal performance. This company has some of the best warranties in the business. Five years on their springs is unheard of most companies only offer 30 days if you’re lucky I highly recommend this company.

After severly damaging my garage door by closing it on my trash can it was so badly bent it wouldn't open or close. Precision sent Kyle out to do the repair. He called ahead, showed up on time with a stocked truck with everything needed to make the repair and did it in less than a half hour. The price was totally reasonable and now it works like it did when it was new. I was happily surprised with the service from the initial call to the very end. I'd recommend Precision to anyone who needs a repair. It's not easy to find good help at good prices these days but these guys are impressive. I'm very satisfied!!

Excellent service. I booked my appointment on-line and received a 4 hour window. Kyle called when he was done with his previous job to let me know when he would arrive. He quickly diagnosed my problem then gave me multiple options with no pressure. The quote included all costs and I was not charged more to pay with a credit card. Highly recommend.
