The Precision Overhead Garage Door technician - Jason - was very professional, polite, and efficient. He explained everything, did all he said he would do, and we are very pleased both with his work, and his demeanor. I was surprised at the overall price but then again, everything in life seems more expensive now than a few years ago. If we have a need for garage door repairs in the future, I would call Precision again in a heartbeat.

Garage door opener breaks and it's late in the afternoon. Just great, I figure that I will have to wait until tomorrow at the soonest to get someone out for a repair. Made the call and they said they could be out between 4-8 today, now I'm feeling better. Twenty minutes later I get a call and Stan will be here in 30 minutes, now I'm feeling great. Stan arrives and checks things out, explains to me what needs to be done, and explains costs and options, Stan goes right to work. At this point I am completely surprised and satisfied by all aspects of my dealings with Precision Door. Thank You Stan

Very professional. My one recommendation would be to call your customers with an estimated time of arrival prior to the appointment. I had to contact the company twice myself to find out when they would be here. As it turned out, they were later than the estimated time, which would have been nice to know.

We just had this garage door system installed by Martin, and he did a great job. It worked great for 3 days, and we knocked the reversing sensors out of alignment. Martin came back and reset them. He also adjusted the door to fit better. This is a great system.
