I highly recommend this company. They kept me informed the entire time, call me the morning of my appointment and arrived on time. I had scheduled the garage door tuneup, and it was well worth it because my door now runs like brand new. My technician was Kyle Keefauver, he was courteous and a professional. He made suggestions for some future work to keep my garage door operating an optimal performance. This company has some of the best warranties in the business. Five years on their springs is unheard of most companies only offer 30 days if you’re lucky I highly recommend this company.

Kyle was the technician for Precision door service that came out to install a new garage door motor for us. At the time I did not know they sent the best person for the job. Immediately it became clear to me that he knew what he was doing. He was very thorough, very professional, and completely knowledgeable about what needed to be done. He explained in detail what he needed to do in a way that was very easy to understand. In short, Kyle should be the standard for hiring someone at Precision. My garage spring broke and I was unable to get my car out for work. Kyle showed up to my home within 15 minutes and checked out everything needed to be done. He was extremely professional and polite and explained everything that my garage needed and explained what he was doing and why he was doing it. Got my garage fixed in a little over an hour and it was as good as new. I chose Precision because I was impressed by the photos and the reviews I read on line. Their sevice was absoltuely excellent and Kyle, the technician they sent out was outstanding! His knowledge, curteous demeanor and concern for my situation ( a garage door that did not work right with a broken spring, worn bearings and suspension wires off track) was very comforting and allowed me to feel assured the problem would be solved with expert skill and professional focus. And it was solved in that manner. I would highly recommend this company to anyone wishing to install a new garage door or have an old one repaired.

Technician was wonderful. One time, professional and very knowledgeable. I got a reasonable quote and an attempt to expedite installation. Unfortunately, due to the need to list the house quickly I had to move to another option. If this had not been a factor I would have definitely used this company. Great customer service.
