I chose Precision because I was impressed by the photos and the reviews I read on line. Their sevice was absoltuely excellent and Kyle, the technician they sent out was outstanding! His knowledge, curteous demeanor and concern for my situation ( a garage door that did not work right with a broken spring, worn bearings and suspension wires off track) was very comforting and allowed me to feel assured the problem would be solved with expert skill and professional focus. And it was solved in that manner. I would highly recommend this company to anyone wishing to install a new garage door or have an old one repaired.
