We are very pleased with our new garage doors. During the planning and selection process we successfully dealt with Russ Trumpy, Sam C, and Rafael A. Sergio Avila and David Hamel were the installers. It was very easy and pleasant to have them working at our home. However, initially they were put at a slight disadvantage as they were not provided with some pieces of primed wood necessary for the installation. They were not informed that this wood was needed but they quickly went to the closest Home Depot and procured the necessary wood. I was very anxious about this at the time but they certainly knew what to do. ??????????

Luis is a 5 star garage door installer. In about 2 hours time Luis had everything removed, tracks, doors, springs, opener and re-installed the new opener, door and everything that goes with it.
