I saw an ad on my local TV station that you were giving $25 lubrication and inspection specials. When I telephoned, I was told that it did not apply to my area. But I decided to go ahead and get a tuneup for $138. When Miles was doing that, he was very surprised that I had only one spring, and strongly suggested that I replace it with two new springs, which I did. He then did the tune up for free. He was very knowledgeable and nice.

Experienced a problem with one of my garage doors. It would open in the mornings but would fail to open in the heat of day. I called Precision Door, made an appointment and Garret shows up. At first, he was stumped. However, not to be deterred, he eventually discovered the phantom issue, corrected it and all is good in the universe. Garret appeared within the time frame established, presented himself in an orderly, confident manner and set upon curing the problem. I would definitely use Precision Door again if the need arises.

Hi wonderful service. Called with a garage door problem and Precision came out immediately.called several times to say on their way. Was an issue with our cars remote which malfunctioned and not something that Precision was able to do. However Garret took lots of time trying to help but it turned out to be a computer issue. The technician, Garret, was timely within the allotted 4 hour period and called me a few time to update his arrival time. He was pleasant and explained what he thought the problem was with our door intermittently yet frequently not closing. This resulted in the purchase of new garage door sensors as well as a thorough "tune-up" service. That option is not listed below in the choices for purchase of a new product. The ultimate star rating, of course, will be determined by how well the suggested fix works but I have to be optimistic that he has solved a persistent and nagging problem that we have had for a significant time.
