Only complaint is 4 hour windows with no idea as to when they'll be here. I would think that with your experience, you could give better estimates either the night before or morning. Also, service performed does not include tune up and lube as a choice which this visit was. Thanks.

I saw an ad on my local TV station that you were giving $25 lubrication and inspection specials. When I telephoned, I was told that it did not apply to my area. But I decided to go ahead and get a tuneup for $138. When Miles was doing that, he was very surprised that I had only one spring, and strongly suggested that I replace it with two new springs, which I did. He then did the tune up for free. He was very knowledgeable and nice.

Experienced a problem with one of my garage doors. It would open in the mornings but would fail to open in the heat of day. I called Precision Door, made an appointment and Garret shows up. At first, he was stumped. However, not to be deterred, he eventually discovered the phantom issue, corrected it and all is good in the universe. Garret appeared within the time frame established, presented himself in an orderly, confident manner and set upon curing the problem. I would definitely use Precision Door again if the need arises.

Miles did an outstanding job. Analyzed the issues with the operation of the garage door and had the solutions. This was a garage door that was in the model home in a new development and had upgrades throughout the house except for the garage door which was provided the wrong size motor for the door. Miles installed a proper new motor with the correct springs for the heavy door. It is now safe and operating correctly. A real professional job.

Always professional, responsive, great appointment updating, polite, clean. And always fixes the problem. My only comment is I think they are expensive sometimes. Today seemed excessive for the parts and labor. I'm hesitant to try someone else because their service is 5 star, but I may if we have need of further repairs.

Hi wonderful service. Called with a garage door problem and Precision came out immediately.called several times to say on their way. Was an issue with our cars remote which malfunctioned and not something that Precision was able to do. However Garret took lots of time trying to help but it turned out to be a computer issue. I would highly recommend them.

Before arriving, Garrett called twice to give me an estimated time of arrival which I appreciated. When he arrived, he was very thorough in locating the problem and explaining it to me. He also found a couple of other items that needed attention and gave me options. He resolved the problem and was very courteous and professional.
