We called in on a Friday afternoon as we were leaving on vacation and scheduled an appointment right away. Mike showed up an hour later and we were soooo comfortable with Mike personally that we let him get started and we left out of town. He locked up and called us for payment about an hour later. Feels good doing business with guys we can trust.

We called Precision at 9:30pm on a Friday and expected them to schedule an appointment for the following day but to our surprise a technician was able to show up with in an hour. Our door was stuck open and very crooked so needless to say we slept alot better that night knowing the door wasn't open all night. No extra charge for after hours service!
