thank you Chuck , I was referred to Precision by a softball Buddy he recommended your company because he had a garage door replaced several years ago and was happy with the work and Quality of your product. Garrett was very Professional and showed up on time and called in advance to make certain I was home . I have a few Questions , the quote was for a garage door installation with out Insulation ? Obviously i was concerned about noise and weather ? what would be to cost with insulation also Garrett gave us two Quotes , one with a motor and another with our the Motor ? would we be able to replace the motor later on if the part fails. and last Question is : does Precision match prices with competitive companies ?

The repair person was very informative. We replaced our springs for our garage door with another company that didn't do a good job. He couldn't align the door and there was a gap on the left side. He gave us the wrong information that we have to buy a new garage door for this problem. So we were shopping around until we find Precision Garage door and requested for a free estimate. Surprisingly, the person who came was very knowledgeable and informed us that this problem can be fixed by adjusting the cable and the previous job was not done right. He also mentioned that we don't need a new door and it can be repaired. He saved us a lot of money. He got to the problem and did it quickly and efficiently and there were no more gap and we didn't have to change the door. Thank you so much , I highly recommend you to everyone

I called in the morning and Brandon was here by lunchtime. He was personable, knowledgeble. He quickly identified the issues and offered a variety of solutions. He completed the work in about 90 minutes. The prices were fair and he explained the options thoroughly. My first contact was your receptionist which was a very good first start! Miles was our technician and a great guy to work with. I had replaced the door wheels and somehow the cable came loose and I couldn't get it all back together. He repaired my attempt to put things right and we decided a new belt drive motor was a good idea. What a difference. The rattling, grinding noise in the garage is gone and is a very quiet operation now. Worth every dollar. Thank you Precision Door

I had a cable come off the guide wheel on my garage door yesterday morning. I called Precision Garage Door around noon, and today Miles came out and repaired it. He explained what needed to be done and completed the work quickly and efficiently and then lubricated all areas and adjusted the garage door opener before he left. We reached out to Precision for a new garage door to replace our 30 year old door. We had connected with a few other companies and they were simply lacking in our high standards we sought and desired. From start to order, both the website and communication has been excellent. Scheduled the appt online with ease - txts followed immediately. Miles, txt us this morning that he was close by and on his way for an on time appt. He was warm, personable, polished and knowledgeable. Precision had everything we needed to view in order to make our decision and, coupled with Miles long association with Precision, he was able to answer all our questions. Precision Door has serviced my garage in the past. Miles the service tech arrived on time and gave me a courtesy text indicating he was on his way to my home. Attempted to repair my existing garage door opener was made, but 19 years the opener was unabled to be repaired. As I wanted to maintain comparable garage door opener and purchased a Linear belt drive opener. Actually was quieter than my previous Mirantec door opener and very happy with so far. Quick install in about an hour. Would recommend this company again.

The Best in Business.! I've been doing business with Precision for years and will always go to them for any of my Door Issues. They installed my garage door years ago and we just had one spring wear out after about 20 years, Their terrific repair fellow arrived and spotted the problem in an instant. He came prepared with new springs (a common problem it seems with older units) and had the new, perfectly operating springs installed within the hour. TERRIFIC!, Can't ask for more than that! Hello Chuck: Almost one (1) year ago we purchased a LiftMaster garage door opener from your company. It has worked flawlessly during all of this time until yesterday when the wall-mounted control failed. I contacted your office this morning and within a couple of hours, the problem was remedied by your Service Technician, Eric. I appreciate that Precision responded so quickly and repaired the problem under warranty. Major kudos to Eric for diagnosing and repairing the malfunction within a few minutes.
