We very unfortunately had our garage door break for the millionth time. We tried reaching out to all of our previous technicians. No one answered the phone or was available for an unexpected emergency. We have used Precision a few times over the years and they are usually able to get us an appointment within 24 hours, and are able to fix our issue on the spot. They do a great job - we are always happy with the results of whatever we have had done. This time is was replacing our 25 year old garage door opener. They new one is like hot knife through butter - it's so quiet! And the installer, Myles was friendly, professional and had the job completed quickly.

Precision Door has serviced my garage in the past. Miles the service tech arrived on time and gave me a courtesy text indicating he was on his way to my home. Attempted to repair my existing garage door opener was made, but 19 years the opener was unabled to be repaired. As I wanted to maintain comparable garage door opener and purchased a Linear belt drive opener. Actually was quieter than my previous Mirantec door opener and very happy with so far. Quick install in about an hour. Would recommend this company again.

The Best in Business.! I've been doing business with Precision for years and will always go to them for any of my Door Issues. They installed my garage door years ago and we just had one spring wear out after about 20 years, Their terrific repair fellow arrived and spotted the problem in an instant. He came prepared with new springs (a common problem it seems with older units) and had the new, perfectly operating springs installed within the hour. TERRIFIC!, Can't ask for more than that! I recently had issues with my garage door opener and called upon Precision Door for service. Brandon showed up on-time and did a full analysis of the Door, Springs, Rollers, and Opener. He was professional, educational on how how all the pieces work together, and insightful with options available. Once we agreed on the work that was required he immediately went to work. His estimated time was 3 1/2hr job, to my surprise he completed the work in 2hr 45 minutes and cleaned the job site. I had a positive experience with Precision Doors after my garage door would not open. I quickly YouTubed possible repairs and found that both my springs had broken. My car and I were stuck. Quick call to Precision Doors and they were able to come out that day. Garrett called prior and was early. He new exactly what he was doing and the door was fixed quickly. Your technician was 100% polite and arrived on time as scheduled. What was not OK was that I was quite clear that all I required was a new RF remote Xmitter and Xceiver. He tried to sell me a new system for almost $800 and I did not appreciate this. When a client is specific about their needs, do NOT try to sell what the client does NOT require. The remote works great.
