I was leaving for work at 8 AM and my gargage door broke. I couldn't just leave it open, so I needed a repair right away. Precision had someone out by 10AM and fixed by 10:30AM. The garage door runs smoother than it has in a long time and the technician was super friendly. We had some repair done on the garage door a few years ago and when that company was finished the door sounded like it was going to vibrate the house down when we opened it- their solution was for us to lubricate it because they didn't have any on them! I highly recommend Precision.

I would like to talk to someone about my last repair. The center bracket came loose and pulled out from the wall. I want to know if that bracket had been removed to install new springs on11/2012, because if it had to be removeed then the installer was responsible for the bracket coming loose and I should not have been charged for the rpair.

We had previously used Precision Overhead Garage Door Service about 2 years ago when one of our garage door springs broke and we received excellent service. Recently when our garage door started making some unusual noises we called Precision again. They responded quickly and found the problem immediately. The technician was polite and professional and explained the problem. He then quickly repaired the garage door. I certainly would recommend Precision.
