I'm happy with the service provided. Our door fell apart on Saturday and it was fixed today Monday. My service was originally assigned to a tech by the name of Victor. Not sure for what reason but then it was re-assigned to a tech called Sergio. The best part is that I received a call from both technicians. early in the morning from Victor, he was very polite and nice gave me estimated time of arrival. Then when the job was re-assigned to Sergio I also received a call form him and kept on going communication. I was not there once he got there, but my husband said everything is working great now. Truly appreciated it. I'm happy and will definitely use your company again.
