I was told the keypad installed for my garage door would be $129-$169. I was charged $225.00. They didn’t factor in programming(?). I paid. But It’s left sour taste.

From the original call to the finish of the spring replacements all was handled promptly and professionally. The door works properly, no mess, any lube overspray was quickly wiped up. I have 2 other garage doors and if one of those needs springs I will callPrecision again.

I do not even know what just happened. I was sent an email that suggested I could get a new garage door for a certain price and then was quoted a higher price because of where I live. Also, I was charged $150 for simply lowering my door. This does not seem to live up to the ratings I was guided by.

I had a great experience with Russ from Precision who got me in the same day and repaired a problem I was having with my garage door opener. He also notified me that the springs on my double garage door were worn out and needed to be replaced. Both jobs were done on the spot and now everything works beautifully. Thank you!

The Precision Door service person showed up within a couple of hours of my calling (which was great, as our cars were located inside the garage with a very heavy door that wouldn't open manually), fixed the garage door opener within a half-hour, and was very pleasant to work with. I definitely recommend their service.

Five stars for the quick response and excellent repair work by Russ on my off track door. However I am not happy about paying $225 for some thing I see as a design flaw in the door mechanism itself. The door came down on the back of the car (my fault) but instead of stopping it skewed the door which caused the cables to come off the pulley. The door is supposed to stop when it meets resistance not screw up the cables, twist the tracks and cost me a big bill. To whom may I address my complaint?
Thank you for the review. Our general manager will be contacting you today to discuss your situation.
