They have serviced my garage door for years and always did a great job. After someone accidentally backed into the door, it was time for a new door and it was obvious to go with the company who had earned my trust. The two gentlemen who put in my door and opener were impressively meticulous in every detail! They were personable, informative, and went out of their way to be service oriented! I am not a fan of the California law requiring me to replace my perfectly good opener, but the new one is pretty great and so quiet! I can’t imagine how the job could have been done any better, both installers were outstanding representatives for your company!

I picked Precision out of the phone book because my regular garage door company is closed for several days on Thanksgiving and I needed service right away. The lady who took the service call was very knowledgeable when answering my questions and scheduled me for the following day. The technician, Miles, called when he was less than an hour away to confirm his arrival time. Very considerate, as I’d been given a 4 hour window. Since I’d purchased the wrong remote (it didn’t pair with the motor) he had the correct one on his truck. Lucky me. It took him seconds to pair it. Also very knowledgeable and polite, but best of all, efficient! I also like this follow-up. Great service, great professionalism, and I highly recommend them!

Service was great. And he finished the job in a hour and a half. I was a little shocked although how much it cost. I was expecting maybe 350 to 500 for the repair and it was almost 1000. Guess that's the going price. I could have shopped around but I have used you the last thirty years so I felt you treated me right. I'm 83 and should have asked if you offer senior discount ot Military retired. Anyway thank you again.

The guys who came out completed the job and the garage door worked properly after it was misaligned and two rollers came off but……the price to fix it was way too expensive. After researching the cost of having this repair done, I paid too much. The senior guy on the crew was not courteous at all and had an attitude that wasn’t professional whatsoever. They got the job done but I would not use them again.

Dylan Falkengren did a GREAT job. Determined my door to be old but could be repaired but with no guarantee due to the age and condition. Identified the problem and told me the two parts required to repair could be replaced but with no guarantee. I agreed and he performed the work and had the door working fine in about 40 minutes. Great Job and thank you!

We called Precision Garage Door for service on our door. Within 10 minutes they had scheduled appointment for same day service. An email was sent to us explaining appointment time within a 4 hour window and that Dylan would be calling to confirm. Along with this email they included pictures of all their technicians. We received a call from Dylan within 30 minutes to confirm he would be here by noon, but had to first complete his other 2 morning jobs. 10 minutes prior to Dylan arriving we did receive another call to let us know he was within 10 of arriving. Upon Dylan's arrival we were greated with strong hand shakes an introduction of himself, a professional dressed technician had arrived on time. After full checkup of our garage following explanation of what we wanted, Dylan without any pressure presented us with 3 different options including full price of each and time frame to complete. The option we knew we needed was #3, Dylan than told us between one and half to two hours was what he needed. Bring all his equipment into the garage to start his job, making sure to keep organized he started what looked to be a clean precise job. Upon concluding he had totally cleaned his work area removing all trash and leaving us with a very quite easier opening and closing garage door. We would highly recommend Precision Garage Door Service to all, they are also the company that installed the opener were have been using since 2011. Should you not be able to have Dylan doing your work, we are sure your other technician will be as professional. We had new aluminum retainer with weather seal replaced , new springs and cable.

I was extremely pleased with the professional manner in which your technician, Garrett Marshall repaired my garage door. The area he had to work in was a bit tight because of things I had in the garage near to garage door which could not be moved easily. Garrett found a way to remove the broken springs and and replace them in a timely manner. If I could give zero stars I would. Had a garage door installed 4/20/2023 and less than a year later the entire door tracks break. Pretty sure a brand new garage door and track should not be breaking 11 months later. Company refused it being under warranty and tried to charge $900+ for the repair. LESS THAN A YEAR LATER. Not sure what kind of faulty, cheap materials are used but garage doors or their tracks should not be breaking in less than a year and no way should their product and service not be honored for such a large purchase. Talk about a joke. Will never use this company again and if I ever see them recommended somewhere online I will make sure the potential clients know what poor customer service and quality their garage doors are.

My garage door spring broke and my car was "trapped" inside the garage because the door could not be opened, not even manually. The Tech, Dylan F. arrived and reviewed my situation. He answered my questions about the door spring and emergency release on my door opener, and offered me options (with explanations) to replace the door opener spring. Dylan replaced the door spring with the two spring option, balanced the door, and made certain that the door operated and closed to my satisfaction. Dylan was courteous and professional and a pleasure to have work on my garage door. I highly recommend Precision Door Service.
