My husband and I were very satisfied with the service we received from Precision. From the start when I spoke to Jasmin who was great in setting up the appointment, explaining everything and keeping us informed of when the installation would take place. Jaysen was wonderful when he came and give us the estimate, very thorough and answered all our questions. Sergio and Dave were the installers and did such a great job removing our very old garage door and installing the new one. They were so efficient and answered all our questions. I would highly recommend Precision for all your garage needs.

I had a good experience with Precision and Russ who came for the service call. I appreciated the extra Customer Service items, phone calls to dial in the appointment time, and email alerting me who the staff looks like. What a great idea. The new garage door opener and set of springs hums along, quietly. It used to sound as if a rocket was launching out of the garage. Cheers!

I returned home from vacation to find out that my garage door was not functioning properly. I researched the web and read all current reviews. I selected Precision based on these reviews. I set the appointment and received a call from the technician Russ Trumpy at 8 am advising he was on his way. Russ arrived and reviewed what the issue was, made up a quote and advised what he thought was the best fix. I agreed with Russ and the garage door is now working perfectly. The entire process was handled professionally and diagnosed properly and I wish to thank Russ Trumpy and Precision for a job done.

Problem of remotes turned out to be use of LED lights in the Garage Opener Unit which was diagnosed correctly by the technician. New springs were installed to make the door work properly. I give the technician 5 Stars.

Without a doubt, 5 stars! Russ did a great job repairing my garage door, which had jammed. It happened on a Saturday, and Russ responded quickly and was here when he said he would be and actually called to let me know he was on his way from the job he had just completed. My garage door was a bit of a mess and Russ skillfully and patiently restored it to better condition than before the problems developed. I appreciated his service oriented manner and how he explained everything he was doing. At my request, he also replaced all of my rollers as well. This is the second time Precision Garage Door has come to my rescue. The last time was a few years ago, when they showed up on Thanksgiving Day and repaired my garage door before a host of family were due to arrive. I heartily recommend them!

I highly recommend this company. Saturday morning I awoke to a loud "CRASH"- it was the spring on our 20-something year old garage door! I called two other local repair services, but both were booked until Monday. Meanwhile my car was trapped in the garage, the door far too heavy to lift. Luckily the next call I made was to Precision. Russ was prompt, courteous, and highly skilled; he discovered multiple problems with my old door, explained everything, and recommended Precision's rebuild special. I think the price was fair for the service provided, and now my garage door works beautifully. If/when the aging opener motor gives up I will know who to call.

We are very happy and satisfied with the service Russ Trumpy gave us. He repaired our garage door which would not open and replaced the necessary parts. Danny came 10/31 at around 8 am to my home. My garage door had a broken spring. He worked very hard for about 3 hours to get it fixed. After many attempts and a broken window glass, he had to give up. At about 4;30 pm, Louis showed up to try his luck. After about 30 minutes, the door was fixed and now works correctly. In fact, he is going to order and install the new glass. Overall I am very pleased with the timely repair and the attitudes of the 2 repairmen. It is unfortunate that there were problems with the job, but they are taking care of it. Thank you Steve Schiff
