I contacted Precision overall due to their high ratings. From the initial call, I found the rep to be professional and able to accommodate my work schedule due to the extended service block of time for their arrival. The service rep, Jacob, was awesome. He was very professional, explaining what he could do every step of the way. He made the entire experience so pleasant. Jacob provided excellent customer service! He was patient answering my questions and showed me the concerns with my garage door. I would ask for him if I needed assistance again. Garrett was very Professional and showed up on time and called in advance to make certain I was home . I have a few Questions , the quote was for a garage door installation with out Insulation ? Obviously i was concerned about noise and weather ? what would be to cost with insulation also Garrett gave us two Quotes , one with a motor and another with our the Motor ? would we be able to replace the motor later on if the part fails. and last Question is : does Precision match prices with competitive companies ?

The repair person was very informative. We replaced our springs for our garage door with another company that didn't do a good job. He couldn't align the door and there was a gap on the left side. He gave us the wrong information that we have to buy a new garage door for this problem. So we were shopping around until we find Precision Garage door and requested for a free estimate. Surprisingly, the person who came was very knowledgeable and informed us that this problem can be fixed by adjusting the cable and the previous job was not done right. He also mentioned that we don't need a new door and it can be repaired. He saved us a lot of money. He got to the problem and did it quickly and efficiently and there were no more gap and we didn't have to change the door. Thank you so much , I highly recommend you to everyone

It has worked flawlessly during all of this time until yesterday when the wall-mounted control failed. New motors: 1 and 2 car garage. Brandon. very friendly. The instructions for the motors and Controls keys were not included. The instructions for the doors was sent to me but I have to print 50 pages because it came in two languages and I didn't noticed it. My 45 yrs garage door still had his booklet or literature attached it. I wish the controls had instructions because its system was new for me. The mechanic showed to me but it really needed some written instructions. I have never received the Warranty from your Co. I am still waiting.Impossible you don't guarantee yr merchandise. Brandon promise to send it but it never came.
