He inspected the garage throughly, diagnosed the problem, informed me of the estimate, and expeditiously and professionally completed the repair job. He is fully conversant of the garage door I details and did an outstanding job.

Its saturday afternoon and i'm about to clean the garage. I hit the button and the door stops a few foot and it's all crooked. The slide lock was moved over so one side wouldn't budge. I tried fixing it but it got worse and the rollers were falling off. I keep my dogs in garage during cold weather so I needed it fixed quick. I called around but no one was interested or were sharks. I called Precision and said they would be out between 4-6. At 5:00 Russ shows up. Russ knows his stuff. Took him an hour and half but made me relieved. Thanks Precision for saving the day Randy

Scheduling was superb. I made contact on their web site Sunday. Called Monday. The window was between 1pm and 5pm, but I couldn't get home from work till 3:30. Well I got a call from Mike(tech) at 4:05 saying he would be there in 15mins. WOW timing could not have been better. Well Drew looked over the job and explained everything very clearly. I opted for a complete spring, drum, cable and roller job. I felt it was a bit pricey but along with the price comes piece of mind, quality parts and a lifetime warrantee. GOOD JOB!

Excellent service, very responsive and knowledgeable technician. I thought the door was completely damaged and not repairable. The quotes for new doors (if I wanted to go that route) were very reasonable.
