It was a slow start but then all went well. I made a VEWRY heavy door so it couldn't open with old springs. Very nice gentlemen. The service was springs and then I went ahead and ordered new opener that I said I was purchasing from the start and since mine was very old. The receptionist should have better conveyed my full explanation. I had to pay for a second person that was necessary from the start.

I had used them before for just a service call and remember that they were fair priced in great service. they understand your garage door needs to be working and get you in right away. This time I needed a whole new unit, and they did a magnificent job at a great price. Was able to get them out on the same day. Technician says door opener on wall needs replacement. It’s only 3yrs old +/- Only 1yr Wty Another $245 after spending like amount on new spring last year. Definitely going to look for another company for my future garage door needs. Someone who will stand behind the products they’re selling!!!

Neil V was awesome. He is personable, knowledgeable, skilled, and did an excellent job for me. His installation was precise too (he changed out everything but the door and now I can hardly hear a thing). He didn't try and sell me anything I didn't either. I will definitely recommend Neil V and Precision to my friends and family ;-)

I called Precision and had a good feeling about the professionalism of the staff just from the phone call. The technician (Neil) who installed 2 new openers for me and adjusted the doors was exceptional and demonstrated that professionalism. He was very courteous and new what he was doing. He worked late to finish installing 2 new belt drive openers and adjusted both doors in about 3 hours. I would not hesitate to use Precision for future repairs if needed.

Our garage door got stuck and the tracks were bent. Our service person came to the rescue. He really did know what he was doing. Within about 30 min. we were back in business. We also had him go ahead and put new springs on it. Worked better than new!

Its saturday afternoon and i'm about to clean the garage. I hit the button and the door stops a few foot and it's all crooked. The slide lock was moved over so one side wouldn't budge. I tried fixing it but it got worse and the rollers were falling off. I keep my dogs in garage during cold weather so I needed it fixed quick. I called around but no one was interested or were sharks. I called Precision and said they would be out between 4-6. At 5:00 Russ shows up. Russ knows his stuff. Took him an hour and half but made me relieved. Thanks Precision for saving the day Randy
