Our garage door spring broke on a very hot Sunday afternoon with both cars in the garage and an inability to manually open the door. A phone call to the 24 hour number resulted in a service call within an hour or so. Lou, the technician, was extremely friendly, professional, and competent. A decision was made to replace not only the spring, but our older cables and rollers. We were extremely pleased with the quality of service received.

Called in at about 10:30 pm on a Saturday expecting to get an answer machine or at very best get an answering service. Needless to say my expectations were blown away! Precision is available 24 hours a day and a tech was able to show up within 45 minutes and got our door down and secure. We were going to shop around and get multiple quotes for anew door but felt confident Precision was the way to go. They returned to instsll a new door a few days later and we have since recommended them to three neighbors. Good to see Precision back in the neighborhood!!

The technician was knowledgeable, courteous and helpful. He explained what needed to be done, why and how much it would cost before he ever started the job. He was even arrived earlier than estimated which is unheard of! I will use Precision again and recommend to friends.
