The tech that arrived was Brandon and I was impressed with his total garage door knowledge. There is a lot more physics involved that has to do with the operation and longevity of your garage door than you would think. He did an excellent job repairing my door and explained everything to me.

The situation was an emergency situation when the door suddenly clashed down without any thing being pressed. I was lucky that my trunk was not open or that I was not standing behind it. Miles had never seen this before and suggested new springs and drums. After completion of the procedure, there was a grinding on the motor bar that connects the motor to the door and I was a little concerned. I’m not sure that everything is running smoothly and so he said for me to watch it for a while, but not stand underneath it And that makes me uncomfortable if I am unloading groceries. He is aware and said to call him back and so I am keeping my options open at this point in time I just want this recorded as I signed four times and I’m not even sure what I signed as the iPad was so faint in the sun and the connection wasn’t very good with the Wi-Fi. Miles called to let me know he had 1 appointment before me and would call when finished and was heading to me. He did and was prompt. After reviewing my situation with me, he gave me several options. I decided to replace the door opener since it was 12 to 14 years old. Miles answered all my questions and had the new unit installed and programmed within an hour or so. I couldn't have asked for more. Very impressed with Miles and Precision. After this experience, I wouldn't call anyone else.

Excellent and speedy service. I needed to have broken garage door springs replaced at a rental property on a Sunday morning. I called their office and was given a 4 hour window (8-12) for the tech to arrive. 15 minutes later, the technician, Victor arrived at the unit! Victor assessed the situation, formulated a cost estimate with several options to choose from. The work was done professionally and pricing was very reasonable. I would be so happy if every business ran as well as Precision Doors. They have a user friendly web site. The phone is always answered by a person and was answered later in the evening, and they made an appointment right then. I had to reschedule and they did that right away. Free remote for easy access and a rebate for mobile app for notifications of when the garage is opened as well as allowing me to open or close it when I'm not home!
