The tech that arrived was Brandon and I was impressed with his total garage door knowledge. There is a lot more physics involved that has to do with the operation and longevity of your garage door than you would think. He did an excellent job repairing my door and explained everything to me.

Great experience! From Amanda who answered my call and made all the scheduling to Miles who was the installer it was all extremely professional, prompt and pleasant. They didn’t try to up sale you they gave me three options all with different price points and the necessary information for each and I made my decision. The situation was an emergency situation when the door suddenly clashed down without any thing being pressed. I was lucky that my trunk was not open or that I was not standing behind it. Miles had never seen this before and suggested new springs and drums. After completion of the procedure, there was a grinding on the motor bar that connects the motor to the door and I was a little concerned. I’m not sure that everything is running smoothly and so he said for me to watch it for a while, but not stand underneath it And that makes me uncomfortable if I am unloading groceries. He is aware and said to call him back and so I am keeping my options open at this point in time I just want this recorded as I signed four times and I’m not even sure what I signed as the iPad was so faint in the sun and the connection wasn’t very good with the Wi-Fi.
