Garret did an excellent job and explained everything he was doing to complete the job. Unfortunately my wife left before the opener for her vehicle could be tested. Upon her return I did attempt a test and it did not open or close the door. Is there a possibility this can be checked? Thank you…Jim Wills

The situation was an emergency situation when the door suddenly clashed down without any thing being pressed. I was lucky that my trunk was not open or that I was not standing behind it. Miles had never seen this before and suggested new springs and drums. After completion of the procedure, there was a grinding on the motor bar that connects the motor to the door and I was a little concerned. I’m not sure that everything is running smoothly and so he said for me to watch it for a while, but not stand underneath it And that makes me uncomfortable if I am unloading groceries. He is aware and said to call him back and so I am keeping my options open at this point in time I just want this recorded as I signed four times and I’m not even sure what I signed as the iPad was so faint in the sun and the connection wasn’t very good with the Wi-Fi. It turned from a service call to a new garage door estimate. Jason showed up on time with a great attitude and very knowledgeable. I’m aware of your good reputation for repair & sales of garage doors. The experience was good, as I expected. The rep was knowledgeable and helpful. It was a good experience. The price for garage doors was competitive. We will be purchasing 2 doors for a 3 car garage. We discussed all the options available and even how to include a minor custom feature.

I picked Precision out of the phone book because my regular garage door company is closed for several days on Thanksgiving and I needed service right away. The lady who took the service call was very knowledgeable when answering my questions and scheduled me for the following day. The technician, Miles, called when he was less than an hour away to confirm his arrival time. Very considerate, as I’d been given a 4 hour window. Since I’d purchased the wrong remote (it didn’t pair with the motor) he had the correct one on his truck. Lucky me. It took him seconds to pair it. Also very knowledgeable and polite, but best of all, efficient! I also like this follow-up. Great service, great professionalism, and I highly recommend them!

Service was great. And he finished the job in a hour and a half. I was a little shocked although how much it cost. I was expecting maybe 350 to 500 for the repair and it was almost 1000. Guess that's the going price. I could have shopped around but I have used you the last thirty years so I felt you treated me right. I'm 83 and should have asked if you offer senior discount ot Military retired. Anyway thank you again.

Precision Door has serviced my garage in the past. Miles the service tech arrived on time and gave me a courtesy text indicating he was on his way to my home. Attempted to repair my existing garage door opener was made, but 19 years the opener was unabled to be repaired. As I wanted to maintain comparable garage door opener and purchased a Linear belt drive opener. Actually was quieter than my previous Mirantec door opener and very happy with so far. Quick install in about an hour. Would recommend this company again.

Garrett of Precision Door is the best. I saw him in the truck went up and asked a couple of questions. Super helpful. He Gave me office number. I booked appt for the next day. Highly knowledgeable, professional and skilled. Really cared about solving the issue for me. The service was scheduled quickly, great communication, and superb service to fix the issue. Highly recommend the company and Garrett did a great job. I will be calling them if any new issues come up in the future.
