We are so grateful for his time and appreciate the efficiency and expertise shown to install the opener. Let alone how clean Miles left the garage. Precision Door has serviced my garage in the past. Miles the service tech arrived on time and gave me a courtesy text indicating he was on his way to my home. Attempted to repair my existing garage door opener was made, but 19 years the opener was unabled to be repaired. As I wanted to maintain comparable garage door opener and purchased a Linear belt drive opener. Actually was quieter than my previous Mirantec door opener and very happy with so far. Quick install in about an hour. Would recommend this company again.

Very quick response, the technician came out the same day. I was surprised that they insisted that the owner of the home be present (I am his adult child and take care of his affairs) but I also saw the wisdom in that policy. It's been 2 days and the repair seems to have worked completely.

Unprofessional tech - customer service skills need some polishing. There was no mention of a $65.00 mandatory service fee when I booked the appointment. Not until after the tech showed-up I was told about the fee. The tech kept trying to sell me an unneeded complete new garage door. Don't trust these guys.. Use Mesa Garage Door - I called them afterwards. No service fee, professional tech.

The Best in Business.! I've been doing business with Precision for years and will always go to them for any of my Door Issues. They installed my garage door years ago and we just had one spring wear out after about 20 years, Their terrific repair fellow arrived and spotted the problem in an instant. He came prepared with new springs (a common problem it seems with older units) and had the new, perfectly operating springs installed within the hour. TERRIFIC!, Can't ask for more than that! Hello Chuck: Almost one (1) year ago we purchased a LiftMaster garage door opener from your company. It has worked flawlessly during all of this time until yesterday when the wall-mounted control failed. I contacted your office this morning and within a couple of hours, the problem was remedied by your Service Technician, Eric. I appreciate that Precision responded so quickly and repaired the problem under warranty. Major kudos to Eric for diagnosing and repairing the malfunction within a few minutes. He is a true gentleman and very knowledgeable about garage doors. Congratulations on a well-run operation and for your service technician, Eric.

The guys who came out completed the job and the garage door worked properly after it was misaligned and two rollers came off but……the price to fix it was way too expensive. After researching the cost of having this repair done, I paid too much. The senior guy on the crew was not courteous at all and had an attitude that wasn’t professional whatsoever. They got the job done but I would not use them again.

Internet search for local garage door repair. You answered quickly, were rapidly available on follow up phone calls, and it was easy to make an appointment for estimate and repair at my convenience. Your technician Garret called in the morning of our afternoon appt. and indicated he would be at our home at the start of the "window" of 1-5 pm and in fact arrived just a bit earlier than that after a confirmatory phone call. Very pleasant and professional, he looked over the busted spring I had noted, then inspected the entire system. He reviewed his inspection with me pointing out various potential future problems that should be watched for, and that the weather stripping at the door base was completely worn out (I had noted that also). He then provided 3 estimates; fixing the problem I had called for (adding the weather stripping at my request), and two additional scopes of work. No pressure, just options. I chose the first option, with solid costs noted for each one. He completed the work in 1.5 hours as per his estimate and the result is very satisfactory. I will call again when/if further repairs on either of our garage doors is needed (eg end of life of openers, now 20 years old). I would readily recommend this company to anyone.

Service was great. And he finished the job in a hour and a half. I was a little shocked although how much it cost. I was expecting maybe 350 to 500 for the repair and it was almost 1000. Guess that's the going price. I could have shopped around but I have used you the last thirty years so I felt you treated me right. I'm 83 and should have asked if you offer senior discount ot Military retired. Anyway thank you again.
