Before arriving, Garrett called twice to give me an estimated time of arrival which I appreciated. When he arrived, he was very thorough in locating the problem and explaining it to me. He also found a couple of other items that needed attention and gave me options. He resolved the problem and was very courteous and professional. We have used Precision Garage Door services in the past and I was not hesitant to call again. Garrett did an exceptional job and I was very pleased. He certainly represents your company very well.

I was told the keypad installed for my garage door would be $129-$169. I was charged $225.00. They didn’t factor in programming(?). I paid. But It’s left sour taste.

Precision sent a knowledgeable and professional technician to repair my garage door spring. Kyle was conscientious and took his time to explain in detail what needed to be done. Kyle the technician that serviced our garage door was not only professional but diligent in his work as he explained in detail all the work that needed to be done as well what was done afterwards. Brandon, our technician, was friendly, courteous and professional. His knowledge of garage doors was far superior to other techs that gave us estimates. He was early, inspected the opener and the door and gave us an estimate. We ended up with a new opener and door tune-up including new springs. It was a bit on the pricey side, but worth it for the confidence we have in the work that was done. He finished the job in under two hours and then explained what he did and how it all worked. He cleaned up everything and even swept out the garage for us! We were very satisfied and would use Precision again.

Had a new keypad installed by Miles H who was absolutely thorough, courteous and knowledgeable. The only reason this isn’t a 5-star review is because the national call center gave an incorrect price quote and set my expectations well below the ultimate price. Miles caught this discrepancy before arriving and called me to alert me and give me the chance to cancel.
