He was professional and pleasant. We are looking forward to an estimate he is preparing for possible replacement. Garret was on-time, courteous and worked efficiently. The repair estimate was reasonable, and during the course of his work he determined that the lower panels of the door would benefit from a brace which he installed at no charge. I appreciated his conscientiousness. When it comes time to replace the door I will be calling Precision.

Very professional. Able to set up a scheduled time. Representative called several times to let us know more specific times than the four hour original slot. He was very friendly, easy to deal with, efficient, and helpful. At the end of the service he went over all of the positions of the repaired door and showed how well everything was working; I even learned about the proper locations of the door when in an manual (e.g., power off) mode. I got the house new and no one ever told me...so I even learned something about it.

I used Precision doors back in 2017 and they were so profession and friendly. The tech Jason that came out to day was very upfront with me about replacing my door. I backed into. He gave me several options. I asked him for his professional opinion on which way I should go with as far as trying to repair the door or replace it. I felt really confident with his decision to replace it. Just like last time they came out the next day. I would refer them to everyone.

Miles did a great job! Fast, efficient and knowledgeable! This is the third time a have chosen Precision Garage Door Service and I will choose them again when needed. 1st time was to replace a broken spring 12 years ago. 2nd was to install a new door opener and 3rd was a broken spring again. As often as we open and close a heavy insulated door, 12 years was not bad. Thanks again!

I had a problem with my garage door, not shutting all the way I called precision a gentleman came out. Explained to me that my door was bent that they cable was fraying and I needed to spend about $5000 for a new door and motor. I contacted another company for a second opinion. For 120.00 they adjusted the brackets and my door is fixed for $120. I am disgusted with precision.
