Only complaint is 4 hour windows with no idea as to when they'll be here. I would think that with your experience, you could give better estimates either the night before or morning. Also, service performed does not include tune up and lube as a choice which this visit was. Thanks.

Called at 3:30 PM, expecting service the next day, but they arrived in 20 minutes! Showed me the issues, fixed everything in 30 minutes, and were gone. Amazing service! Would definitely use them again.

Julian Bacca did a great job getting my garage door back up and running. After doing an investigation on the current remote, sensors and motor, he found the root cause, a damaged gear. He replaced the motor, worn springs, sensors and wall switch within a hour. Overall the whole experience was great.

Although he offered to go and get the needed parts and come back later to fix our problem, it was late in the day so I told him to go home to his family and come back early the next day. Got same day service! And an installed garage door motor. All in the same day. I bought the genie garage door opener and I’m super happy with it. Kyle, the technician was friendly and professional, he showed me all options and explained everything thoroughly. He even move the switch inside the garage so I could reach it! I will be going back when I need the actual door replaced. Great service!

Great service and polite crew, but the price gouging on parts is a dealbreaker. Charging $29 for a $5 hinge is hard to swallow, even considering business overhead. I'd recommend the labor, but the material costs were disappointing
