Miles called to let me know he had 1 appointment before me and would call when finished and was heading to me. He did and was prompt. After reviewing my situation with me, he gave me several options. I decided to replace the door opener since it was 12 to 14 years old. Miles answered all my questions and had the new unit installed and programmed within an hour or so. I couldn't have asked for more. Very impressed with Miles and Precision. After this experience, I wouldn't call anyone else.

We needed service and called on Wednesday and had a service person at our house on Thursday. Miles was just great. He called ahead on time and gave us a more exact time when he would arrive. He.walked us through the whole process and was very friendly and helpful. He replaced our motor and tuned up in he whole garage door setup. Then he walked us through the whole process making sure we had all our questions answered. He never hurried us and the whole process was just great. We really recommend the company to anyone who has a garage door problem.

Your technician, Miles, was friendly, immediately knew the problem and gave me a fair quote. When I told him I needed a three button remote he immediately gave me the right one. After he replaced the garage opener, Miles left the garage spotless! He was able to program the 3 remotes for me, but could not program the gate code. Not only did you get me same day service, Jason was amazing from the first contact. Jason called me from his previous job, and again when he was close to my home. He was punctual, professional and very polite, he quickly got my new opener, (Which I absolutely LOVE) installed, got my vehicles paired to the new opener, and would not leave until all my questions were answered, he even answered questions that my neighbors had! I do have one suggestion, GIVE THAT MAN A RAISE! He deserves it!

I talked yo Miles Herrera a few months ago while he was repairing my neighbors garage door, and was polite and informative and gave me his card which I kept. I saw him last Saturday once again at my neighbors and asked him to come by and look at my door because I was thinking of getting a quieter motor which he did came back the same day and I have a new opener which is exactly what I wanted. Saturday morning, 6am and the garage door won’t work. Great. Call a company we’ve used in the past and best they could do was the next day. Not in the mood to be stuck inside for more than 24hrs, found Precision on Google, and it was the best choice EVER! Alex was here 90 minutes after we called, and he was friendly, knowledgeable, honest, and experienced. Prices were fair, and Precision is our new go-to company when we need them...5 Stars! Excellent service in dealing with our problem ( a broken spring, unbeknownst to us). I called and a technician arrived, as promised, within just a few hours. Miles went to great lengths to explain our situation and what the options were. He then worked really hard to fix things. It wasn't easy because we have old equipment but he spent the hours necessary to make it right. Very professional, very courteous. An excellent experience.

I don’t know much about garage doors but I do know the importance of finding a reputable company. More importantly is getting the ideal technician that knows what they are doing, who are personable, professional, respectful, trustworthy and can clearly articulate both the issue and resolution options. The tech that came to our house was wonderful! He let me know when he would arrive, and was here exactly when he said he would be. He explained everything he was doing, and even liked our little dogs!! He had the whole spring job done in about an hour. His name is Jason. Even the receptionist, Karen, who made the appointment for us, was more than kind & helpful. I highly recommend this company for any garage door needs!!

The technician diagnosed the problem and suggested a replacement for our very old garage door opener. We are pleased with the new opener which is much quieter than the original lift mechanism and has many improved features. The technician was prepared to install the opener, worked efficiently, and left the garage area clean and free of debris. It was a five star experience!

I contacted Precision Garage Doors and was greeted by a live person. She informed me an installer could come to my home between 2 and 6. The installer called me at 2PM and told me he would arrive within 20 minutes. He arrived within 15 minutes. His name was Miles. He was friendly, courteous, helpful, informative, and polite. He went over all my options and left the decision to me. I made my decision and he went right to work. He finished the job in a very reasonable amount of time and then demonstrated the new garage door opener, it's features and benefits. He cleaned up after himself and then asked me if I had any other questions or concerns. He left me his card and told me to contact him if I experienced any problems or had any questions about anything. Miles was a true professional and represented his company with integrity. I will contact Precision Garage Doors for all my future needs. I would also recommend Precision Garage Doors to anyone who would like a very hassle free experience.

I don't usually write reviews but this time I wanted to say that though I thought the service was very good, I believe from talking to other people that have had the springs replaced, we were grossly over-charged. We were told we needed the most expensive (only two choices) which were $250 each (x 2) and since we needed the springs we agreed and paid for them and the service. However nearly everyone I've spoken to, says that the springs shouldn't have been more that $100 each and I checked with home depot and see that they run from $30 to $70 if bought there. Regardless, its done but it makes me not want to refer your business to others. I am a long standing business man in Ventura and refer other small businesses like yourself to others.
