We were having difficulties with our 19 year old garage door system. Our technician, Jack, found the problem and fixed it. Since the system was old and we’ve had some ongoing issues, we asked Jack to take a careful look at our system to assess any current or future maintenance needs. He ended up giving us estimates for issues that would benefit from additional maintenance now, things that would need repair later on, and for proactive measures that would avoid piecemealing future repairs. Jack was friendly, helpful, and knowledgeable. There was no pressure as to which option we should select, and we appreciated his explanations as to each option with him pointing out the slightly damaged parts to which he referred.

Stephen Evison

Ask for Jack if you’re in SCV. Great technician.

I was told the keypad installed for my garage door would be $129-$169. I was charged $225.00. They didn’t factor in programming(?). I paid. But It’s left sour taste.
