Excellent and speedy service. I needed to have broken garage door springs replaced at a rental property on a Sunday morning. I called their office and was given a 4 hour window (8-12) for the tech to arrive. 15 minutes later, the technician, Victor arrived at the unit! Victor assessed the situation, formulated a cost estimate with several options to choose from. The work was done professionally and pricing was very reasonable. I will definitely call Precision Door Repair again if I need any garage door/opener service! Thank you very much!

Saw ad on TV last night, right after our garage door stopped working. Loud metal grinding sound. Called Precision who sent out a technician right away, who called, as promised, to alert me to arrival time. Diagnosed problem immediately. Had part. Replaced it. Tuned up my opener. Very personable. Overall, a pleasant experience -- as unscheduled repairs go. Highly recommended.

I would be so happy if every business ran as well as Precision Doors. They have a user friendly web site. The phone is always answered by a person and was answered later in the evening, and they made an appointment right then. I had to reschedule and they did that right away. And they gave me a next day appointment. The technician was knowledgeable and very easy to understand. We had an estimate within hours of his visit. I am very impressed.

The work was done well but the price was significantly higher than it needed to be. In addition, the $49.99 service fee was added into the final invoice, not included with the cost as it is with 100% of other service professionals who have done work in my home.

Second time we used Precision replace garage door mechanism with the quietest lifetime warrantied Liftmaster unit. Mike called with a half hour arrival notice and then worked quickly offering special promotions that worked to our advantage... Free remote for easy access and a rebate for mobile app for notifications of when the garage is opened as well as allowing me to open or close it when I'm not home! Very happy with the ease of service .. Had all my info on file when I called ... Easy peasy!

Precision garage door company is a nationwide company and I doubt if they will ever go out of business, so you won't have to worry about your warranty. Mike Benhardt is very pleasant, knowledgeable guy. I had a broken spring, coils and he explained everything that needed to be done.He was here a little over an hour and had everything working great! He is a very nice guy and knows what he is doing.

We have enjoyed our Precision Garage Door for over 9 years. On a recent Sunday evening when closing the door, I heard a loud "screech" and the door was out of alignment and would not close. It looked like one of the rollers came out of the track. I called Precision at 10:05pm to leave a message and Ashley answered! I was amazed that someone "live" would answer late on a Sunday evening. Ashley said Precision was open and available 24-hrs a day! Wow! Ashley set-up an appointmnet for the following day. As scheduled, technician Martin arrived and after hearing my story of what happened and reviewing the current garage door equipment, began to service and repair the equipment. Martin showed me that the springs were old and could still be used but suggested new springs for just a few dollars more. He also changed the exsiting older rollers on the door to new rollers that were better suited for the door. Martin's attitude and professionalism were outstanding. I couldn't believe how quickly and efficiently he worked. When finished, Martin had me try opening and closing the door a few times. I could not believe how quiet the door was now and how well everything worked! I would definitely recommend Precision Garage Door Service to family and friends!

Mike replace our garage door opener and springs. He did an outstanding and very thorough job. He went out of his way to make sure that the job was done right since there were problems with how the garage door was attached to the house from before. He explained all that he needed to do and how to use the new garage door opener. He even programmed my car to open the garage. The only complaint that I have was that he had a borrowed truck which wasn't fully stocked (didn't have springs). This caused a delay in starting my service of 45 minutes. I was told that the technician would have a fully stocked truck. I shouldn't have had to pay the $50 service fee.
