We are very pleased with our new garage doors. During the planning and selection process we successfully dealt with Russ Trumpy, Sam C, and Rafael A. Sergio Avila and David Hamel were the installers. It was very easy and pleasant to have them working at our home. However, initially they were put at a slight disadvantage as they were not provided with some pieces of primed wood necessary for the installation. They were not informed that this wood was needed but they quickly went to the closest Home Depot and procured the necessary wood. I was very anxious about this at the time but they certainly knew what to do. ??????????

I called you because you helped me 10 years ago. This year, however, you were not in the Santa Barbara phone book, but I had your name in my files. Your work was fine 10 years ago, and fine today. The installer went out of his way to find out the problem and fix it. I had thought I needed new springs only, but it was a complicated incorrect first installation. Daniell (?) took the time and had the expertise to find out the problem - and I am very happy.

Luis is a 5 star garage door installer. In about 2 hours time Luis had everything removed, tracks, doors, springs, opener and re-installed the new opener, door and everything that goes with it. He was efficient, tidy, friendly...I cannot think of any negatives. He's not only very likable but very, very skilled. Thank you, Luis, for doing such a great job.

Very professional. Carefully examined our existing -- non-functioning -- garage door opener, determined that it was under warranty and would be replaced without question after consulting supervisor. Russ also told us that the old opener type, purchased from and installed by Precision, had been replaced by a new type more appropriate for solid doors, and this is the one that he installed. He learned that our association requests that garage doors remain closed, and extended his work schedule to return before the weekend to install the new opener. Several days after the work was completed I had some questions, left a message with the Precision office, and Russ called back ASAP with good answers to my concerns. This is definitely a 5-star guy!

Russ was fantastic. Within 5 minutes he knew what the problem was and had it solved. Prior to this we were dealing daily with a malfunction of the door that was very frustrating. The service call was very reasonable and their man showed up on time. I will be calling them on a regular basis to service my door and when the time comes, they will replace what is needed.
