Garrett was friendly, fast efficient and knowledgeable. Certainly knew his job and did it well. Expensive but good applies here. Problem fixed in an hour and working fine and hopefully for a long time to come. I thought problem was opener motor, but wrong. Spring broken and bearings worn. Guess that why we have professionals like these to correct the problem.

The technician, Garret, was timely within the allotted 4 hour period and called me a few time to update his arrival time. He was pleasant and explained what he thought the problem was with our door intermittently yet frequently not closing. This resulted in the purchase of new garage door sensors as well as a thorough "tune-up" service. That option is not listed below in the choices for purchase of a new product. The ultimate star rating, of course, will be determined by how well the suggested fix works but I have to be optimistic that he has solved a persistent and nagging problem that we have had for a significant time.
