Only complaint is 4 hour windows with no idea as to when they'll be here. I would think that with your experience, you could give better estimates either the night before or morning. Also, service performed does not include tune up and lube as a choice which this visit was. Thanks.

The technician, Garret, was timely within the allotted 4 hour period and called me a few time to update his arrival time. He was pleasant and explained what he thought the problem was with our door intermittently yet frequently not closing. This resulted in the purchase of new garage door sensors as well as a thorough "tune-up" service. That option is not listed below in the choices for purchase of a new product. The ultimate star rating, of course, will be determined by how well the suggested fix works but I have to be optimistic that he has solved a persistent and nagging problem that we have had for a significant time.

Thank you for this opportunity. I called Preccision because I had just seen an ad on TV. Everything went well with the installation of a new motor for the garage door. The technician was cordial and competent and very helpful. I appreciated the fact that he kept in touch with me by phone so I knew when I might expect him. He left me with two remotes and was not able to get the existing remote control buttons in my car to speak to or respond to the newly installed motor. Everything works fine and I would have liked to have this further connection instead of having to have another "thing" to operate. Perhaps the issue is from the car's buttons. I will follow through with the car dealer. It may be the car. Thank you. I am delighted to have the door rise when I need the car.
