When the spring to my garage door broke in the late evening, I feared our car would be imprisoned in the garage for days. I called Precision and was delighted that the scheduler said they would have a technician out to make a repair the next day. The tech showed up at the time window and called me several times to give the exact time of arrival. He professionally evaluated the problem and discussed how the repair would be made and some additional inspections into bearings and cables. The work was done within an hour. Thank you for this opportunity. I called Preccision because I had just seen an ad on TV. Everything went well with the installation of a new motor for the garage door. The technician was cordial and competent and very helpful. I appreciated the fact that he kept in touch with me by phone so I knew when I might expect him. He left me with two remotes and was not able to get the existing remote control buttons in my car to speak to or respond to the newly installed motor. Everything works fine and I would have liked to have this further connection instead of having to have another "thing" to operate. Perhaps the issue is from the car's buttons. I will follow through with the car dealer. It may be the car. Thank you. I am delighted to have the door rise when I need the car.

Garrett Marshall was the technician that came out to do an emergency repair to my garage door. My truck was stuck inside so I was really stressed out. He assessed the situation and within a couple of hours, he installed a new Motor and replaced the Springs. The cost was a little more than I had hoped this repair would be, but it was definitely worth it! I highly recommend this company.

Very quick response, the technician came out the same day. I was surprised that they insisted that the owner of the home be present (I am his adult child and take care of his affairs) but I also saw the wisdom in that policy. It's been 2 days and the repair seems to have worked completely.

The spring on our garage door broke. Garrett did an excellent job replacing the springs. The whole job took about 45 minutes. My only complaint was the cost to replace the springs was $658. My fault for not getting competitive bids.
