Met with service representative Jonathan. He immediately diagnosed the problem and showed me several areas around the panel door brace's where the sheet metal was breaking away. Jonathan, was professional, gave me several temporary fixes options, but noted I would just be throwing away money. For me, temporary fixes are just that and always a more permanent fix is better. Never felt pressured to buy a replacement garage door but knew that was exactly what I needed. ordered one on the spot, and now awaiting installation.

I picked Precision because you installed the doors. Jason Standfield came out to inspect door after our car antenna made contact with the door. Jason was very polite and did a great job checking the door and making sure it was ok. He reminded me that the battery needed to be changed, I said let’s do it. Jason was great.

I used Precision doors back in 2017 and they were so profession and friendly. The tech Jason that came out to day was very upfront with me about replacing my door. I backed into. He gave me several options. I asked him for his professional opinion on which way I should go with as far as trying to repair the door or replace it. I felt really confident with his decision to replace it. Just like last time they came out the next day. I would refer them to everyone.
