Met with service representative Jonathan. He immediately diagnosed the problem and showed me several areas around the panel door brace's where the sheet metal was breaking away. Jonathan, was professional, gave me several temporary fixes options, but noted I would just be throwing away money. For me, temporary fixes are just that and always a more permanent fix is better. Never felt pressured to buy a replacement garage door but knew that was exactly what I needed. ordered one on the spot, and now awaiting installation.

I picked Precision because you installed the doors. Jason Standfield came out to inspect door after our car antenna made contact with the door. Jason was very polite and did a great job checking the door and making sure it was ok. He reminded me that the battery needed to be changed, I said let’s do it. Jason was great.

I used Precision doors back in 2017 and they were so profession and friendly. The tech Jason that came out to day was very upfront with me about replacing my door. I backed into. He gave me several options. I asked him for his professional opinion on which way I should go with as far as trying to repair the door or replace it. I felt really confident with his decision to replace it. Just like last time they came out the next day. I would refer them to everyone.

Excellent service! Jason Stanfield was courteous, polite, and knowledgeable. He thoroughly explained everything . Although I originally reached out to have the garage door tracks cleaned and lubed, he explained why I now also needed to replace the spring and a 20 year old garage door opener. I highly recommend Jason and I will request him for my future service needs.

Hi Mr. White. I'm Gaylord Louie (Kristin's father, my wife and I live in the quest house. To start with, lets' make the correction that Robert Werth and Dr. Kristin Louie are the owners of the property. Our technician from Precision Garage Doors was Jonathan Ramirez. He did a great job evaluating our needs with a workable quote. He took time to make sure details were not overlooked.

Service tech was awesome. The only thing was the up charges. I check around should have been about 600 to 700 Dollars. But I paid 925.00. Will not use again. Rick

The Precision Overhead Garage Door technician - Jason - was very professional, polite, and efficient. He explained everything, did all he said he would do, and we are very pleased both with his work, and his demeanor. I was surprised at the overall price but then again, everything in life seems more expensive now than a few years ago. If we have a need for garage door repairs in the future, I would call Precision again in a heartbeat.

I had a problem with my garage door not always closing properly. Another company came out more than once and spent time doing things but didn't fix the problem. Then I called Precision. Your technician Jonathan checked everything, did one simple adjustment and the problem was solved. Precision is the only company I will call or recommend from now on.
