I would like to commend your technician Tom Broz for his Professionalism, Friendliness & knowledge. Also the great job he did in installing the garage door. He made sure before he left that we where completely satisfied with the installation of the garage door. One other thing that impressed us was how he made sure everything was cleaned up before he left. I have to say because of his knowledge about garage doors and not trying to get us buy the most expensive one out there . We choose your company. Your follow up & update info on your installers was very impressive. We did really appreciate the fact that you did your best to get our door as soon as possible. One day sooner than expected. I'm happy with the service provided. Our door fell apart on Saturday and it was fixed today Monday. My service was originally assigned to a tech by the name of Victor. Not sure for what reason but then it was re-assigned to a tech called Sergio. The best part is that I received a call from both technicians. early in the morning from Victor, he was very polite and nice gave me estimated time of arrival. Then when the job was re-assigned to Sergio I also received a call form him and kept on going communication. I was not there once he got there, but my husband said everything is working great now. Truly appreciated it. I'm happy and will definitely use your company again.

First and foremost, Trevor, our technician, was amazing. We have a very heavy double car garage door that had a broken spring on top, and both cables on either side of the garage door were kaput and needed replacing. Both of our cars were trapped inside the garage and I didnt think Trevor would be able to work in such tight quarters. I was wrong: he was very stealth and precise and managed to maneuver around both cars and get everything fixed. In addition to the broken door, and the trapped cars, we honestly didn't think we'd find someone on the weekend, but Trevor showed up when expected with a smile on his face and everything was repaired and good as new in less than an hour! He is very professinal, efficient, thorough with his inspection and explanation, and a sincerely nice guy. I would highly recommend Precision Doors for your garage door troubles, and definitely ask for Trevor. He's the best, without a doubt. Very pleased customer!

Mike arrived on time, explained our problem to my satisfaction, expeditiously replaced 3 overhead horizontal springs, including the one broken in two pieces (12 years of service, so, good use of my original door). Prophylactically replaced the still operational 12 year old spring on my third door (a single garage door) with recommended bearings, all in less than 2 hours. Doors operate quieter than ever. Very satisfied.

We just had this garage door system installed by Martin, and he did a great job. It worked great for 3 days, and we knocked the reversing sensors out of alignment. Martin came back and reset them. He also adjusted the door to fit better. This is a great system.

You sent Tom back out to fix another problem I had with my new door installation. Like the first I had a problem you where right on top of it. Your company has a great customer service.
